Who we are
Our President is Dr. Michael Tsai, Assistant Professor of Educational Technology and Director of the e-Learning Laboratory at Tamkang University in Tamshui, Taiwan.
Mike received his Ed.D. in Vocational Education from the University of Arkansas and he is a consultant to numerous organizations and companies in Taiwan. His major focus is, and remains, helping bring his students to both an understanding and use of technology in training. His values are directed toward the combination of quality management, strategic planning, and the application of technology in business and industry to craft only the best possible training for Taiwans work force.
The Chief Executive Officer is Dr. Richard Cornell, Professor of Instructional Systems at the University of Central Florida in Orlando. He is the current President of the International Council for Educational Media, a Non-Government Organization of UNESCO. Dr. Cornell is well known within the education and training fields in Taiwan and China. He has been a consultant to the Taiwan Ministry of Education since 1989.
Like Mike Tsai, he focuses on helping students enrolled in technology programs become better prepared to serve the needs of industry, business, the military, and non-profit organizations in Taiwan and elsewhere across the Pacific Rim.
